Well, yeah. I’m surprised this story is still making the rounds - even I’ve covered it before. But, as usual, public radio covers it best.
And speaking of organic, all hail Amy’s Kitchen. I seriously can’t be bothered to cook for myself and if I’m going to eat out of a box, their products at least make it a bit less deadly to do so. And they’re packaged responsibly, using paper trays instead of plastic so they can go right in the composter. Over the course of the week, I’ve had the brown rice with veggies and tofu and their mattar paneer - both nummy.
